Now that's Krooked!

Perez finally heard a follow up on this post about the complaint from UHW's Lavender Caucus that Alex "Krooked" Espinoza is a homophobe and shouldn't be representing union members.

Apparently Mary Kay Henry told UHW members that the lyrics Krooked rapped weren't written by him, and the most they could expect would be an apology.

Perez supposes it's also possible that the following email wasn't written by Alex either (sensitive readers may wish to stop reading here), but Perez has several more that are very similar.

The Lavender Caucus haven't yet heard from Alex himself, but Krooked Alex is welcome to send an apology to UHW members to Perez for public posting, as is Mary Kay.

What is Perez Stern?

SEIU staff and officers think they can hide in the dark. Already in their hostile takeover of UHW they've injured members, held boss-style captive audience meetings for staff, and refused to give us their names.

Andy Stern and his appointees love to think they're rich, famous, powerful, and accountable to no one. A member led union just doesn't fit in with their plans for stardom! They like to drive around in SUVs with tinted windows, acting like they (literally) own the place.

So if they want to be famous, let's help them! If you're an SEIU member or employee, tell Perez what the SEIU trustees and appointees are up to, and help them feel just like Paris Hilton.
