Perez also hears that Andy's growing frustrated with the failure of the trusteeship and wants tighter control of the ground strategy, including direct control of the Fresno homecare campaign. Rumor is, Rebecca Malberg is being replaced by Andy's very own Kirk Adams so that Andy can try to do a better job himself via remote control.

Sounds like a bad combination of end-stage megalomania symptoms to Perez!
